How to add a team development plan?

From the 'my teams' page you will see that each of your teams has a 'team tasks assigned' option, select this. Next, use the 'add a task' button to view the different categories and skills within them. You can select multiple skills from any given category and use the "add to plan" button to assign them. A plan can contain a maximum of 14 tasks at any given time.
